Tinto de Verano

Tinto de Verano, which means “Summer Red Wine”, is a Spanish cold drink that resembles Sangria, but with fewer ingredients. It is a very popular drink during summertime, as its name suggests so as well. A mixture of Sprite or 7-up  and carbonated water can be used, Instead of the traditional Gaseosa. In some variations, a lemon soda water is used instead of Gaseosa while vermouth can be added.

  • 30ml / 1 part of Gaseosa
  • 1 slice of lemon (for the garnish)
