The Spritz’s recipe has quite a few variations, as it changes for every city. Some make it with dry white wine instead of Prosecco, and others put a salty green olive along with the slice of orange as a garnish.
Whichever the variation, how about we check the original Spritz Aperol recipe?
- 90ml / 3 parts Prosecco DOC
- 60ml / 2 parts Aperol
- 30 ml / 1 part Soda water
- 1 slice of orange (for the garnish)
Put a slice of orange in an old fashioned glass or a wine glass with ice. Pour the Prosecco, continue with the Aperol and add the Soda. Stir a bit and serve.
