Lemon Thyme Chicken Breast

  • 455gr chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 80ml lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  1. First put all the ingredients except for the chicken breast, into a large blowl and mix them well for a few minutes, until you have a nice marinade.
  2. Take the chicken breast and after you have removed any fat, put it in the bowl with the marinade.
  3. Let the chicken breast in the marinade to rest for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. Grill your chicken for about 15 minutes, or a bit more if you see fit and your Lemon Thyme Chicken Breast is ready to serve!
