So, are you having fun this summer? Love these refreshing cocktails we all get to indulge ourselves with during summertime, right? Well, today we are going to check a little bit of something old in a new version of making, exactly what we want for this season! It’s called the Ice Cube Mango Bellini and I am turning our sparkling part into ice cubes!
You see a few days ago, I got to see those wonderful Champagne Ice Cube Mimosas that our loved VinePair got to post and I thought, why not try this with the Bellini cocktail? And I did! And it was absolutely tasteful and amazing! And this is why I am posting this Ice Cube Mango Bellini recipe with a new flavor as well! Last time I posted the Watermelon Bellini recipe but this time, I am having Moscato D’ Asti for the sparkling wine part and mango for the purée part!
Care to see how that went?
Come on then! Let’s see what that kind of cocktail this Ice Cube Mango Bellini recipe is all about!
- 2 ice cubes of Moscato D’ Asti or any sparkling wine
- 2 parts of a glass of fresh mango purée
- Some more of Moscato D’ Asti or any sparkling wine to top up (optional)
Fill an ice cube tray with Moscato D’ Asti or the sparkling wine of your choice and freeze for about 4 to 6 hours. Fill a wine glass or a Champagne flute with 2 parts of a glass fresh mango purée, throw the ice cubes into the glass and let them dissolve. You may top up with some more of your sparkling wine if you wish and there! Your Ice Cube Mango Bellini is ready to serve!
