So, the Barracuda cocktail is our recipe for today! Of course, it has nothing to do with the fearsome Barracuda fish and unlike the latter, the cocktail’s name sounds like music to our ears.
There are many variations of the Barracuda cocktail. Some of them are made with Vodka, peach juice and Cointreau, while others just differ in the way they are made. They may be stirred in a highball glass or even shaken and served in a Champagne flute or a Martini glass. Others are just made with Golden Rum, along with sparkling wine, Galliano liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice.
The variation we are going to see today, apart from the Galliano liqueur, pineapple and lime juice, contains Light Rum instead of Golden Rum and Grenadine. We are using a Highball glass and no garnish at all. It is an easy cocktail recipe and it can be made in the blink of an eye, I promise! You may use Champagne or Prosecco, or any similar sparkling wine to add your taste and flavor to drink.
Want to try it? It is a piece of cake and you do not have to waste your time over it, or have any special equipment. You do not even need a shaker! Come on!! Let’s get to it already!
