Yeah yeah, I know! I started again with the salads! But honestly?? I just cannot seem to be able to stop! Salads are great for the summer! Light, refreshing and cool, exactly what you need on a summer hot day! And I don’t know about you, but here in Greece, it’s already like 30° to 35° Celcius degrees like every single day!! Great to be near the sea but awful when you have to be out and around for different kinds of tasks.
Anyway, this Avocado and Strawberry Salad recipe is really easy to make and it you do not have to waste your time in the kitchen, especially if it’s that hot like in my place! It takes only 15 minutes and you get to open the refrigerator as well!! (That can be quite a bonus sometimes you know!)
By the way, what is really awesome with the Avocado and Strawberry Salad, is that you also get to combine it with the Red Wine Vinegar Dressing recipe of a previous post. Adding a little bit of something extra, like sugar, will make the dressing somewhat sweeter than usual and who knows? This version might turn out to be more of your taste, one that can be used with more ingredients in a salad than you imagined! 😉
So, how about you give this a try and let me know how that was for you?! Hope you like it!!It takes only 15 minutes! Click To Tweet
