The Apple Pie is one of the most often-made pies in the world. It can be made in many variations, but they all come down to apples after all. Some are made by adding pecans and others are meant to be served with ice-cream depending on the cook’s preferences.

A glass of a late harvest Gewurztraminer would be a great choice to accompany a piece of apple pie.
